Processing Time:

Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned as undelivered we will be unable to issue a refund for postage. It is the responsibility of the orderer that their address is correct and that they will be available to receive the parcel.

Customs and Import Duties:

Lost or Damaged Items:

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. You may be required to supply supporting documentation such as a photograph of the damaged that has occurred.
