Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns for items that are in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Any items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refund and Exchange Process:

Once the returned item has been received, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

For exchanges, we will process the exchange and dispatch the new item to you.

Return Shipping:

The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

It is recommended to obtain proof of postage when returning items to us.

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

Timeframe for Returns:

Refunds will be usually be processed within 48 hours of receiving the return.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or lesser value.

If the exchanged item is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded.

If the exchanged item is of greater value, the buyer is responsible for covering the additional cost.

Refund and Exchange Notification:

You will be notified via email once your refund or exchange has been processed.

Refunds may take 14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
